Riyaah is operated by Keuro Life Limited Company (شركة كيورو لايف المحدودة), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with CR No. 4627100132, VAT No. 311744064700003, and Maroof ID 364711, having its registered office at KSA, Riyadh, Prince Mohammed Ibn Abdulaziz RGMA 2195 ("we", "us", or "our").
The terms and conditions as set out herein (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between the Company and a natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the Website in any manner (“you” or “your”).
The Website is a platform that facilitates the online purchase of premium beauty and personal care products, including skincare, makeup, and wellness essentials etc.,(“Products”) sold by Keuro Life Limited Company under the brand name ‘Riyaah’. All Products are authentically sourced via master distributors, and are fulfilled from Saudi Arabia via our state of the art, SFDA approved fulfilment centre in Rezeqihah, As Sulay, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Your use of the Website, including the products, any offers, promotions, or services (defined below) provided by us, our affiliates, or third-party partners, shall be governed by these Terms and any applicable Additional Terms. Riyaah currently delivers across Saudi Arabia with same-day delivery available in Riyadh. Delivery times may vary based on your location and during promotional periods.
18.1 You acknowledge that there may be licences/permissions required under the applicable laws to use, purchase or otherwise possess certain Product(s) by you. You will be solely responsible for obtaining such licences/permissions and complying with the terms of such licences/permissions.
19.1 In no event, our aggregate liability, shall extend beyond the money charged from you for purchases made pursuant to an order under which such liability has arisen and been established. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when a contract for the sale of Product by us to you was formed.

21.1 All disputes and claims arising from these Terms or any transactions on the Website shall be governed by the laws of KSA and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh.
