All products are sold by Keuro Life Limited Company, under the brand name Riyaah. All products are authentically sourced via master distributors, and are fulfilled from Saudi Arabia via our state of the art, SFDA approved fulfilment centre in Rezeqihah, As Sulay, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

At Riyaah, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic products. Due to hygiene and brand-specific guidelines, most items are non-returnable. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may accept a return outside our standard policy. These discretionary returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product and will incur a small convenience fee to cover pick-up and processing costs. The applicable fee will be displayed during the return request process. Approval of such returns remains at the sole discretion of Riyaah.
Note: Return and exchange eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and remains at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve or decline any return request.
