Riyaah is operated by Keuro Life Limited Company (شركة كيورو لايف المحدودة), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with CR No. 4627100132, VAT No. 311744064700003, and Maroof ID 364711, having its registered office at KSA, Riyadh, Prince Mohammed Ibn Abdulaziz RGMA 2195 ("we", "us", or "our").

All products are sold by Keuro Life Limited Company, under the brand name Riyaah. All products are authentically sourced via master distributors, and are fulfilled from Saudi Arabia via our state-of-the-art, SFDA approved fulfilment centre in Rezeqihah, As Sulay, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Coverage

We deliver across all regions of Saudi Arabia through reliable logistics partners such as SMSA and Barq, as well as our own delivery fleet operating within Riyadh.

Delivery Fees

Standard shipping fees are typically SAR 25. All delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout. From time to time, promotional offers may include free delivery. Additionally, orders over SAR 100 (after applying all coupons and discounts) are eligible for free shipping.

Processing Time

All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability and acceptance. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped the same day or the next day. We operate 7 days a week to ensure your beauty journey remains seamless.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, and external factors.

• Riyadh: We typically deliver on the same day for orders placed before 4 PM. However, depending on logistics availability, delivery may take 1–3 days.
• Other Cities: Orders from outside Riyadh usually take 1–3 business days.

Delivery Methods

Riyaah provides standard delivery services for all orders.

Delivery Confirmation

Customers will receive a confirmation notification once the order has been successfully delivered.

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, re-delivery or pickup instructions will be provided.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Riyaah is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or other external factors. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our team will contact the customer to schedule a new delivery time.
