Whilst I love the smell of roses (duh), rose fragrances generally leave me borderline queasy. Crushing Bloom is for people who like me can't abide that sickly, syrupy quality of most rose fragrances. It's drier, spicier, animalic even. It's roses as I see them; beautiful but with a bit of darkness.
